This was a great coffee maker four three years without any issues. But when it began to make short pots, we called for an authorized Bunn Coffee repair service to repair. After paying 1/3 of the price of a new machine, it still shuts off before completing a brew. The benefit was having a machine with a water supply so we wouldn't have to keep filling it. But with its "sometimes it brews, sometimes, it shuts off after 10 seconds" action, we are not likely to purchase another one.
